I don't think this will be read by too many people... but I'll post it anyway :O
I need... a lot of iron ore. It takes a ridiculous amount to rank up blacksmithing. If I sold all the iron I mined, I would have like 3 million gold by now.
Anyway I figure I'll ask the guild for help, and in return, when I get higher ranks I'll make stuff for people for free. Having a few people do all the mining is a lot of work, but when you have a lot of people doing a little mining every time they are on (maybe about 15-20 minutes), the amount of ore starts piling up.
Normally, I would just buy the iron ore from others, but I won't be able to afford that when the blacksmith manuals cost like 32,000 each. I've already bought and used up 6, and I'm only at 40% skill to rank B :(
Oh, and ranking from B -> A also requires a lot of fine leather straps. I have about 51% to make those with rank A weaving.... I think I should start stockpiling those soon.
So I'll be keeping track of who has been helping me, and you'll get nice things in the future that other people will most likely overcharge 400% :p
